9:00 AM – MORNING MARKET UPDATE & WATCH LIST
[dropcap]Y[/dropcap]esterday, the markets started sharply lower, then finished with gains. The Dow Jones ended up +69 points, the Nasdaq gained +51, and the S&P 500 closed up +11.

This morning, markets in Europe gained in early trading, following stocks in Asia.
The Consumer Electronics Show formally kicks off in Las Vegas.
The U.S. trade balance for November hits at 8:30 a.m. ET.
The ISM Non-Manufacturing Index, which provides a look at the US services sector, posts at 10 a.m. ET.
Coming tomorrow: Constellation Brands, Walgreens and Bed Bath & Beyond report earnings.
