WED 1/29: Futures Higher – 4 New Stocks Added to the WatchList

7:30 AM – MORNING MARKET UPDATE & WATCH LIST
[dropcap]T[/dropcap]he market staged a solid comeback yesterday after Monday’s selloff. The indexes rose steadily throughout the day then ended not far off of their session highs. The Dow closed higher by +187 points, the S&P 500 gained +33 points, and the Nasdaq rose +130 points.

This morning, U.S. stock futures point higher. Markets in Europe gained in early trading. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng, which reopened following the Lunar New Year, had its worst day in almost six months, closing down -2.8%.
AT&T, Boeing, GE, Invesco, Mastercard and McDonald’s report before markets open. Facebook, Microsoft, PayPal and Tesla follow after the close.
The Federal Reserve announces its latest interest rate decision at 2 p.m. ET and is expected to keep interest rates on hold at its first meeting of the year.
